This data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to Zestful's backend servers or any third-party service.

Your health data — including prescriptions, medical reports, vitals, and medication logs — is stored entirely on your local device. Zestful does not sync, upload, or backup this data to any external server.

Only your name and phone number are stored on our servers, which are protected using industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your account data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your device secure and use a strong screen lock.

5. AI-Powered Features

Zestful offers AI-powered features — such as prescription parsing — as part of its paid subscription. These features are powered by Google Gemini.

As a paid subscription service, your data processed through AI features is not used for training AI or machine learning models by Google or any other party. This is consistent with Google's enterprise data handling commitments for paid API usage.

Any data submitted for AI inference is processed in real time and is not retained by the AI provider beyond the scope of fulfilling your request.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your health data with any third party. The only limited sharing that occurs is:

• Your name and phone number are stored on our secure backend servers for account management purposes.
• AI inference requests are processed by Google Gemini under a paid subscription agreement that prohibits use of data for model training.

We do not integrate with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics providers that would access your personal or health data.

7. PDF Report Sharing

Zestful allows you to generate daily health summary reports as PDF files. These reports are created entirely on your device. Sharing of these PDFs is initiated solely by you, and Zestful does not have access to the contents or recipients of shared reports.

8. Children's Privacy

Zestful is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete the information.

9. Your Rights

As a user of Zestful, you have the following rights with respect to your data:

10. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, send an email to ayushbagaria17@gmail.com including the name and phone number registered with your Zestful account.

Once we verify your request, we will permanently delete your account details (name and phone number) from our servers. Health data stored locally on your device can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app or deleting it directly within Zestful.

We will process and confirm deletion requests within 30 business days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or via the phone number associated with your account. Your continued use of Zestful after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
